De “Youth” vormt je, eigenlijk heb ik dat gevoel nooit meer willen loslaten. Uitdagingen zoeken en vinden. Nieuwe dingen ontdekken en toepassen… Iets dat ik mijn hele leven zal blijven doen in de kunsten. Als “Lazy line Painter” zal ik altijd buiten de geijkte paden nieuwe abstracte kunstige ontdekkingen blijven nastreven. Het “Curious“, dat heel prettig aanwezig is , helpt daar heel goed bij. Maar dit kan ook voor veel “Chaos” en ’n “Restless” gevoel zorgen. Daarom zijn de vele wandelingen die ik maak heel ontspannend en mooi, maar voel ik me ook vaker een “Wandering Star“. Dwalend op weg met mijn vele ideeën die allemaal nog gemaakt moeten worden. Ideeën die voor creatieve uitspattingen tijdens de mooiste tijd van het jaar “Carnival” zorgen… bij mij is deze zeker nog niet OVER.
“Talk Talk Talk Talk”: jij moet later in de politiek gaan, werd me door onderwijzers vroeger al verteld op de lagere school. Dit is er (nog) niet van gekomen… maar “stubborn” als ik ben, kun je dit natuurlijk niet uitsluiten. Hoewel hier zou “My Oblivion” wel eens niet in mijn voordeel kunnen werken. Gelukkig heb ik thuis iemand die me door mijn leven blijft begeleiden en die ondertussen een onmisbaar deel van Wimmie is geworden. Mooi bezongen in “Morgenrot” (ich will alles mit dir teilen). Dit alles geeft me een “Pride” gevoel, zowel op Cobi als op de kids. En als dat ook nog eens bezongen wordt door een band die zich “Nouvelle Vague” (mijn meest geliefde muziekstroming) noemt kan het niet beter worden.
Laten we de mooie schitterende “80-ties” altijd in ons hart blijven sluiten.
